Ben Brady
Manager
Mr. Ben Brady started in the accounting field in 1989. During his first job as a bookkeeper the company owner asked him to assist with the new computers and network. That was his last job in the accounting industry. He quickly became the network administrator and never looked back. Ben spent nearly 20 years working at Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Cookeville and Nashville, Tennessee. During that time, he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University and numerous Cisco, Microsoft and other network and security certifications. Ben also teaches Cisco networking and security classes in the Nashville market. During his tenure with the ISPs, he consulted with numerous healthcare and financial institutions concerning their Internet connectivity and security. In 2007, Ben became a partner in an IT services company based in Livingston, Tennessee. Eventually, he became the sole owner and CipherTek Systems, LLC. is now on it’s 30 years! His IT company services many regulated clients in the Upper Cumberland Region of Tennessee in the communications, financial, healthcare, and industrial fields. In 2011, Ben and another business partner started White Mile Consulting, LLC. White Mile Consulting, LLC concentrates on audit, compliance, risk management and policy for regulated financial and healthcare clients across the Southeastern United States. Ben is a member of Middle Tennessee chapter of Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and the Middle Tennessee chapter of ISACA. He currently holds the CDPSE, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, and CDPP certifications. He is currently working on a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity and a certification in Disaster Recovery Management. Ben is also a 20+ year member of Rotary and current President of the Cookeville Breakfast Rotary Club. Ben lives in Cookeville, TN with his wife Rebecca and their four children. In the unlikely event any spare time becomes available, Ben enjoys riding his motorcycle, reading, traveling and sharpening his skills at ethical hacking. In his role as “Security Evangelist” with White Mile, Ben can often be found “preaching” about IT and “cyber” security to anyone willing to listen.
Jason Duke
Manager
Jason completed his BS in Information Systems and his MBA in Information Systems at Tennessee Tech University. After that, he completed a Masters in Information Quality and a PhD in Computer and Information Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. While serving as CIO for a commercial bank for 18 years, Jason graduated from the Southeastern School of Banking at Vanderbilt. He earned two American Institute of Banking Diplomas in General Banking and Bank Operations. Jason is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+/Data+ Certified, a Certified Information Systems Auditor, a Certified Information Systems Manager, Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer, and is a Certified Cybersecurity Practitioner. For the past 30+ years, Jason has focused on IT audits and network security in the financial sector and related industries. Performing IT audits, risk assessments, policy creation and maintenance, network security, and consultation are among his fields of expertise. Jason enjoys restoring log cabins and Ford Mustangs, flying, motorcycling, and traveling.

We can provide audit and policy services and consult with you on better overall network security and how to train your employees to respond to the many threats they face daily.
